Intelligence and IP are the most valuable assets an organisation produces.
We believe they should be owned and secured.
Too often, the price of using AI is giving them away: your most important work must travel to a place you didn't choose, through a model you can't inspect, under a law you didn't pick, and come back with a promise rather than proof.
We believe security must reach the intelligence itself.
Most security for AI protects the place where it runs. But the attacker already has AI: a model can be turned, a question can be a weapon, an answer can be a leak. The hardware, the path every request takes and the model's own behaviour have to be defended together, against attackers with the patience and resources of a state. Defenders deserve better AI than attackers.
We believe intelligence that runs a business is critical infrastructure.
It deserves machines dedicated to it, capacity planned like power, years ahead, and a system around every model that can prove what happened, not just promise it. Trust is what you can check. We won't claim what we can't prove.
We believe in sovereignty for everyone who does serious work.
Every country, every organisation a country depends on, and anyone whose stakes are high should decide where its intelligence runs and whose law it answers to. What it produces should never cross a boundary it didn't approve, or train anyone else's model.
The Frontier
We're building Frontier/1 because this belief needs somewhere to run: open models or your own, on machines dedicated to the people who own the work, defended from the silicon to the answer, in the country of their choice, on their own ground or cut off from the world entirely.
Building this takes three kinds of experience that rarely sit together: deep cyber security, AI infrastructure and the patience to carry new technology through government and into large institutions. Between us, we've secured infrastructure for governments, built data centres in multiple countries, and written mission critical software for the world's most important companies. We're not the cheapest hour of compute, and we're not built for demos. We're built for the day it matters.
